Appliance Repair Chicago Company Adds Personal To Its Operations Staff

AAA Appliance Service Center®, headquartered in Park Ridge, Illinois, has added Heather (last name deliberately withheld) to deal with the growth in the appliance repair business.

Like other service related businesses, the appliance repair business requires an operations staff to handle tasks for the field technicians. Knowing office tasks are being taken care of allows the repair technicians to focus on repairs; important for both high caliber work and safety. At AAA Appliance Service Center®, there has been a welcome increase in the number of service requests coming in. To handle the increase they have expanded the operations staff.

With the turmoil in the economy, people are choosing to have things repaired instead of replaced. With this change in habits, the need for an increased number of qualified service technicians to send on service calls as resulted. To satisfy this expanding need, AAA Appliance Service Center® has been processing job applications, doing pre-employment checks, conducting interviews, and hiring to meet the needs of the service call volume as well as maintain the strong reputation of the company. So far, this has resulted in the hiring of two repair technicians and one person on the operations staff.

Heather started her new position on May 3, 2011. While Heather will be working primarily in accounting, she will also be performing duties in service coordination, warranty client relations, and purchasing.
