On January 30, 2012, AAA Appliance Service Center® launched a new website for its customers. The site is designed to quickly provide what customers need most when service is required, the phone number to the service dispatcher and online access to service scheduling.

Some customers are most comfortable talking to people and for them the website predominately displays the phone number to the Customer Assistance Center. This predominate display of the phone number is not just large easy to read characters, but it is in a position that does not require scrolling down the page to find.

Some customers are most comfortable working with computers and for them the site provides direct access to the corporate scheduling computer system via multiple places.

Customer communication with the Customer Assistance Center via the phone or internet is a key part of AAA Appliance Service Center® delivering an outstanding customer service experience. "Our contact center takes calls, arranges engineers' visits, orders replacement parts and communicates with customers before and after repairs have taken place." said owner and CEO James Dolbeare.
